We receive this error message about once a week on our polling computer.
We always close out RetailPro at the end of the day. Reconstruct is scheduled and performed on a nightly basis.
AVG and TuneUp utilitys are schedule run hours after Polling is complete, so no conflicts there.
I've also cleared out the following files:
LOG.DAT
SEMAPHOR.DAT
WSLOCK.DAT
