at the remote look at the number of folders in the Retail8/Rpro folder that start with WS. (ie: WS1, WS2, etc)
the number of folders there has to match the number of seats assigned to that station id in license allocation at the main. If it is off then you need to delete the extra folders at the remote. those mailbags that cant process in are stamped with teh invalid number of stations and wont process in until extra seats are allocated to that station at the main.
To fix that, delete the mailbags that are on hold at the main and then at the remote regenerate the documents for the days that are missing once you have fixed the ws folders at the remote. the new mailbags will contain the same data and process in and add the receipts to the main.
