Here at Footwise we poll nightly with 5 remotes - 01A, 01B, 02, 03 and 05. Beginning this Monday the 22nd, we started getting critical polling errors just with 01B. Details:
- Errors occur during Process In at Main.
- 2 files I*.02P and S*.02P can't be processed.
- Msg is 'Too Many Workstations at the Remote'
- Files are placed in the 'Hold' category from the Main display.
- We have 'Regenerated' receipts from 01B the last 3 days and this has worked normally.
- I've tried removing the 4 files set aside to the Hold category but it has not helped.
- I opened RPRO DB to reset files at our polling 01B station but this has not helped.
Any ideas?
