if the creplace file is not present then you are not archiving deleted customers. In that case the only way to retrieve the deleted customer would be from a backup. (You could readd the cusotmer to the database as a new cusotmer and then we can use DVS Customer Revision to move the history from the old record to attach to teh newly added customer.
