I checked our polling lockout and it was set from midnight to 4pm. Our polling schedule starts at 10pm and finishes at midnight. I also discovered that AVG scans at midnight. I've reset the system polling lockout from 9:45pm to 1pm and moved the virus scan to 3pm.
I think that should resolve the problem.
