This is caused due to you deleting the item out of inventory that was holding that style to the catalog. to fix it in ECI catalogs click on the Purge Delete Items button, that will remove the style from teh ECi catalogs, then go back in adn readd it to the proper catalogs and it should show up and let you add it.
