I have a handheld Scanner purchased with my Retail Pro POS - cannot get it to work - did the calibration - with difficulty - as the scanner was not reading the barcodes easily - I know this is not the norm .. any suggestions? I do not believe it was properly calibrated with the calibration sheet since it did not scan easily over the barcodes.
