The Mark Customer (Flag Customer in DVS) tool will not work by itself. A Sales Report must be filtered by something that is IN the sales file. The only customer fields that write to the sales file are Title, first name, last name, Adrress1-2-3and Zipcode.
You might be able to mark the customer database and then do a Find and Replace in the Title field (If it's not being used) and then run the report filtering on the value in the Title field.
I would recommend a training appt.
