Hi Dave,
Provided that you're already tracking an MSRP and MAP price, the Price/Cost Manager can be used to create those markdowns for you. I'm going to have our service department contact you to see if we can schedule a brief time with one of our trainers to work with this on you. The Price/Cost Manager tool is one area where if you haven't had much experience you can make a lot of big mistakes real fast.
