Does the Driver's License Key not work in certain states? We'd never used it before and now that we've tried it (and it doesn't send the info to the Customer fields) we're wondering if it's because we are in Minnesota. I'd heard that certain states didn't allow the info to be captured. What it does is bring up the window, lets us scan a license, we see the info on the screen, then the window disappears with no info added to the customer fields.
