Fixing it is a matter of checking all the settings for the printer driver, the designs and all settings and dumping the printer. We need to work with the store to get this fixed it is not a simple press this button to fix his issue. However this would definitely be a charged call as it is fairly in depth to diagnose and troubleshoot a tag printer issue and is not an issue that can be handled via the message board or chat room
