I'm out of the office the next two days. I don't understand why you need to contact me in person. This is a simple matter of changing the correct setting. It is a small issue which that store has lived with for two years and can live with until the next time that we actually need a tech call.
If you want to contact that store and fix free of charge then let me know on Friday.
