We have a couple of item numbers which we use frequently in SO's. #10 is used to custom items; we type in the Desc1, Price, etc. differently each time. #24 is used as a comment line. Currently, these are categorized as non-inventory items.
Whenever we invoice an SO with these numbers, it seems to be some delay after clicking OK in the SO items screen. At one station, the delay can be a couple of minutes. Would changing these numbers to inventory items fix this? Can I simply edit the items without messing up current SO's?
