Is it planned Pricing or Planned Markdown?
If it is Planned Pricing as stated above, it will prompt everyday! To turn it off, open the price cost manager and select Options > System Prefs. You will see the planned pricing switch - turn it off. If that is not it, Or you are not 100% sure, CALL TECH SUPPORT.
