We run two Retail Pro stations in our Adaptations store here in San Francisco. Today we were in the middle of a transaction and the screen went to a DOS-like interface and displayed a red bar that said "another instance of this workstation is already in use" - it also said press the ESC key to continue, which we did, and the error has gone away. What does this mean?
