RETAIL PRO PT FUNCTIONS
1. CLEAR FILES
From the Main menu or the Send Data Menu:
F3-Delete File
F3-Delete All
F3-Confirm
(F4 always escapes from anywhere and puts you back to the
beginning)
2. ENTER DATA
F1-Enter Data
(Scan tags or enter item numbers manually)
3. FUNCTION KEYS
F2-Changes quantity
enter modified quantity then enter
F3-Deletes last entry
F3 to confirm
F1-finds an item
you can modify (F2) or delete (F3)
ENTER-scoll through last entries. F4 will get you back to beginning
4. DOWNLOAD DATA
F4-Escape to main menu
F2-Send data
F1-Start send
5. RECORDS COUNT
F4-Escape to main menu
F4-More options
F3-Records Count
(Records must not go over 2000)
DO NOT ENTER NEGATIVE QUANTITIES INTO THE PT!
This will cause inconsistent download info to appear
Note, THe PT must be setup in WS Preferences for Type: RPRO PT, Memory:128 and Port: Com1 or Com2...
