Did someone use a negative QTY on this receipt in addition to changing the RECEIPT TYPE field to say RETURN. Doing a return with a negative qty actually sells the item again.
If this is the case, you can restrict cashiers from using one of the two methods for returns under TOOLS>SECADMIN.
