Return not showing on Z-out

We have a return that shows up in the receipts (done as a negative sale), but this one does not show under returns on the daily z-out like they usually do. The dates match, and it looks like it was done correctly, but obviously something is wrong. What are some possibilities we could look at? Thank you!
