Hey Clint,
First, under TOOLS>POLLING>STATIONS at the main hit EDIT. Go to the CHECKLIST tab at the bottom. Make sure that under the area of DOCUMENTS the main is set to send DIFFERENCES out to that remote.
Then, also at the MAIN, under TOOLS>POLLING>STATIONS you probably need to use the REGENERATE button on the side toolbar to send sales from previous dates out to that remote store.
