There isn't a report that will give you a TRANSACTION total, but you can easily run a SALES: RECEIPT JOURNAL or a Sales Transaction Summary filtered for only GIFT tenders. Once you run that report you can export it to Excel and do a records count to get a total number of Gift Cert Sales.
