If I'm understanding you correctly that should be possible. On the GENERAL tab of the Auto PO make sure that the PO TYPE is set to MARKED FOR and "Multi-Store POs" is checked off. Have each store checked off on the far left of that screen under "Multi-store PO Default Store" select the store that you want product originally sent to by the manufacturer.
The result of this should be a PO that is already allocated. Your final step would be to go directly to the PO and generate a Marked For TO.
