The date fields in Retail Pro (First Rcvd, Last Rcvd, Last Sold, etc.) are populated automatically per ITEM in inventory. Typically you'll have an inventory tab labeled DATES to show you those.
It's important to note that those fields are NOT populated per style. So every size/color will have it's own set of dates. It sounds like you may be running a report that shows STYLE information, and it's randomly pulling the date from the first item in the record for that report and applying it to the entire style.
You can sort reports by those date fields in most cases, so it breaks those out by individual dates. That will also break out each size & color though.
