Jason most likley that is a licensing issue. probably too many WS at the remote error. next time after processing in check the log if it has that error, you need to go to the main and check the allocations and make sure that the WS # at the remote are allocated. the fact that regenerate allows the sales to process with a licensing issue was a bug.
