are you using ECI to import your orders? If so the customer information should already be importing into your Retail Pro when the order is brought into Retail Pro.
Or is it a specific part of the customer information that is not coming across?
I tried to give you a call and left you a message give us a call here at 916-368-1070 when you get a chance and we can look into how to accomplish this.
