In polling, go into the station properties for that store and in the checklist change vouchers to none and you will stop sending them vouchers, the only way to remove the vouchers they already have is to delete all the voucher files at the remote and then regenerate down just the vouchers that store made, but changing the polling station will make sure they just have their vouchers going forward.
