I found out the problem I was having was I was using the wrong driver. My normal labels are printing fine now.
When put in the jewelry tags however I get a red light on the printer and it doesn't seem to recognize the jewelry size.
I can set up another printer in control panaels just for jewelry tags but I don't know what to set the paper size to?
Any help on that would bve appreciated.
