Backroom Station 7.61 PPO and expanding Inventory Line Items

Aloha, Our backroom station located in Bali will not allow us to create proposed Purchase Orders (PPO's) The error says exceeds 100 po'. We deleted all the po's at both the main and remote. Any suggestions. Plus Expanding Inventory Lines. At the main station we expanded inventory to 20000 lines. I initialized the backroom to synchronize inventory but the backroom only shows 14992 lines. We changed it to show line but it will not accept the change. Any suggestions? Thanks
