Has anyone ever had DCS information erroneously clear from the Dept screens but remain in the inventory fields?
On 2 separate occasions we have run a report and noticed that a particular DCS has disappeared. The dcs remains in the inventory line items, but is not in the dpetartment class lists and won't show up on any sales reports where we capture data by DCS. The first time we wrote it off to a key error or one time glitch, but it has happened twice to the same dcs. Any thoughts?
