What you're looking to change is PAGE HEIGHT and PAGE WIDTH instead of the PRINTER values. You have to select the PAGE for the entire design to do this. The easiest solution might be to:
1) Select DESIGN TREE from the tab on the right.
2) Highlight the very top of the tree. Make sure this is not a pushpin icon to the left of the name. If so, right-click and unlock that portion of the design.
3) Go back to properties, and you should see values for PAGE HEIGHT & PAGE WIDTH. Change appropriately.
Changing page width usually results in bigger complications, so if you'd prefer to email this design to us we can schedule someone to make the changes for you.
