I grew up and still live in southeast Iowa. My girls and I still do may day baskets. Not everyone does it in Iowa anymore either. It is so much fun. We live itn the country, so don't usually get any baskets on our steps, but it is fun to leave our treats on our friend's front steps! Keep the tradition going!
