I am a teacher at Shanghai International Studies University. My brother, 45, has been diagnosed to be a poor victim of ALS. His symptoms: hoarse voice, impaired speech, stiff muscles, and fading energy. He occasionally feels dizzy and is sometimes choked when drink (but not when eating). He has been like this for nearly a year.
I am in desperate need for effective remedies and information.
