Hello there Mr. Martin Finke,
I was studying for final exams in Dublin in May 2003 and I saw you on Other Voices. I liked Other Men so much, that I bought Songs From A Room that week (I hadn't a bean so I put it on a never-supposed-to-be-used credit card). I really really love that song. I never get sick of it. I visited Berlin that Summer with my German friend and made him take an ear-phone to hear "brave block stones brought from Mayo in a truck"... proud Mayo woman that I am, I loved the reference but my faveourite lyrics are definitely "and I hooked up a curtain, to sing behind... " well you know the rest. Anyway fair play to ya! Hope to see you in Galway sometime. Any gigs coming up?
