"Bring Me the Head" has to be one of the episodes. The mercenary LaFront (did I spell his name correctly?) had a whole chart pinned with Hulk sightings. You can also make a case for the beginning of "Prometheus" (Part 1), where the Hulk left a big hole in the storefront. If you count Frye's creature as a Hulk sighting (that is, 30 years before the setting of the episode), then "The First" has to count too.
