Good point you bring Alejandro, I still wondered why Gerard DiPiego (who did the script of Death of TIH) didn't put Jack McGee in Death of TIH? At least, the first Dukes Of Hazzard reunion movies explained the absence of Boss Hogg at the beginning (and the last time we see Denver Pyle before he pass away too). For the Hulk TV ending of the regular series, I wish they could had filmed at least the unfilmed script "the Trial of Jack McGee" and also did a Christmas episode.
