The second Hulk-out in "The First" was one of the more interesting ones. I seem to remember when CBS aired it, you saw a slightly longer transformation. Stress leads to a Hulk-out, but because David was so emotionally traumatized by the loss of the serum, there was a delay (even though his eyes had changed color), almost as if the opposite effect of being extremely angry (i.e., very sad) suppressed the transformation.
