That's the one! I remember it now. The bounty hunter went to the National Register and he asked McGee and Mark for a million dollars to kill the Hulk. McGee and MArk refused and McGee was slightly pissed about Mark saying it was only because of the money. He was concerned with not wanting to kill John Doe too. Thanks for that Barbera.
