True, Eric Bana is very tall, but nothing is wrong with that. I think that's not the reason to have a 10' tall Hulk. Besides the faithfulness with the comic, the thing is Hulk must be really inhumanly big. I think that's the primal idea.
The main problem with Lou Ferrigno is that he really looks like Hulk, but he was no really tall enough; Nobody would, that's a problem about FX.
If you see a photo of Ferrigno next to Bixby or next to somebody in the series, you can see Ferrigno is no much taller than many of the guest stars even when he's really big. You can tell even the difference of the pants lenght that Hulk wears or his own tall (Hulk carriyng someone, for example).
So, the Hulk in the new movie is gonna be as the giant he is (in comics or TV), since no human beign could be that big.
