Hello! I am a CSD undergraduate student, and I am conducting a survey as part of my senior research. We are trying to determine the effectiveness of speech-language pathologists using music and collaborating with music therapists for intervention for children with autism.
This survey is intended to be completed by a certified speech-language pathologist who frequently works with children with autism, with only one set of survey responses completed for each SLP.
If you are a certified speech-language pathologist who frequently works with children with autism, then we would appreciate your help in completing this survey. The survey takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete, and it must be finished in one setting (that is, it cannot be saved and returned to later).
By submitting your responses, you are consenting to participate in the study. Your decision to participate in the survey and your responses are completely anonymous.
