I have a 94 DUO 200 that I bough and have been trying to get in running condition. My problem is that the engine will fire up and run ok with a set of clean plugs. After running awhile the plugs get oiled up and it begins running worse. Then I have to clean them again. But if you gas it, you can't get past half throttle with out it falling on its face or cutting out. This is with a garden hose connected in the driveway. I have pulled the fly wheel to check the condition of the magnets (good), pulled the electrical components, cleaned them, and did resistance checks on them. I have pulled the manifold to check the reeds, also good. I pulled the carburetor apart and appears to be ok also. All fuel lines flow good and the filter is clean. Whats next? Can anyone give me some ideas??? Thanks
