take a copious amount of raki,to this add sweetwater,loutro,sougia and aghia roumeli(in any order),mix this gently adding a generous pinch of mammara and finica bay for flavouring,place the mixture in between glorious mountains and a gorgeous clear blue sea,heat slowly under a very hot sun for as long as possible,then add the samaria gorge for dressing.......wallah!....sfakia pie ps,hi manolis,thanks for being a friend,great web site
