Hi, I am a senior education major taking courses for Intervention Specialist k-12 with a reading endorsement. I am doing a paper on phonemic awareness instruction. I need some feedback from teachers in the field. What I am looking for are pro or con opinions on this teaching method. All references are confidential so please feel free to express any opinions. I have sufficient research data but it all comes from sources with some interest in promoting this style of teaching. I need some from the trenches insight to round out my paper and I'm also personally interested in what you all have to say.
