I can't believe you've gotten no responses--we work with (in a school setting) students in group of 2-5 students usually esp. if they all have about the same problem and they're the same age. Sometimes if the problem is unique (stuttering, voice, etc.) it is necessary to work with students on an individual basis. Often times well will go into the classroom and assist students, but more often we pull them out of class for some group instruction. Most school therapists set up their own schedules for working with students which is nice because you can make it so it suits you best, which ultimately is best for the kids. It's a good field--this is my 36th year--I retired once and now am back full time.
