You have to take the 2-day workshop or you can't get them. Some of my fellow teachers took the 1-day workshop and couldn't order them under their name but could under mine because I took the 2-day workshop. I think they really want to maintain the integrity of See the Sound Visual Phonics, and so I'm guessing that's why not just anyone can get their hands on their information. Absolutely go to a workshop if you're ever given the opportunity.
