Did you see the book listed in the post below yours? The poster mentioned a book for wh questions.
Also look at the Spot books by Eric Hill. I have resoures for his books under Book Units on my web site-
Also look at the list under Predictable Books and the Adaptive Books which can be downloaded and printed

I usually make visuals (and laminate them) of the main objects in a book and use those within a lesson. If I have lamintated the book I have the students add the visuals I made to the pages. I use Aileens Tack it Over & Over on the back of the visuals (kind of like a liquid velcro). I can put these visuals around the room and have students find them.
Some books that I can remember that I have used-
Have you Got my Purr
Backwards Day
A most Unusual Lunch
If you Give A mouse a cookie
If you give a mouse a muffin (and others by this author)
The Great Turkey Race
My Bossy Dolly
Cookie's Week
The Old Lady who swallowed a fly (and others like this- swallowed a shell, bell, cold lady/snow, sea, etc.)
Boomer Goes to School
Miss Moo Goes to the Zoo
Many of these are Scholastic Books that I've bought when our school has book fairs.
I often look at thrift shops and just look through the books and pick up some that have good pictures, fewer words and a story I can use in therapy.
