You should be able to use almost any children's book. You would just need to point to items on the page and ask your question - such as What is he doing? Animal books- What says moo? etc.
If you join this yahoo group (free) you can find (in the files section) a list of books that target different speech areas and also a list for books with repetitive lines. Might be helpful.
I would check with a local bookstore and ask for suggestions too. I have found books with flaps that you lift which make it fun for little ones.
There are some where and what materials under the Material Exchange section on this website that are fun. Look under Language- WH questions.
The Spot books by Eric Hill focus on some question forms. Where is Spot? Who's there Spot. The books like Brown Bear Brown Bear what do you see. There are a number like this- Polar Bear Polar bear, etc. If you go to this site - looke under the freebies for some books like this that you can print.
