I do alot with familiar songs. Example Down By the BAy. Have the students add their own rhymes and sing them. Begin by introducing the song and pointing out the rhymes. Another example is The Bear Went Over the Mountain. I hope this helps. Songs are a great and simple way to teach rhymes.
