I like playing a game called the "disappearing boy". I draw a boy on a white board and the children erase his body parts in accordance with the rhyming chant: I know a boy and his name is TED, make him disappear and erase his....HEAD. I just make up any "name" that rhymes with a body part (i.e. loes/toes, keat/feet, etc.. You can also use animals (I had a horse and his name was ZANE, make him disappear and erase his MANE)which is great for working on some more difficult vocabulary. Have fun.
