Posted by Kip Hering On Saturday August 18th we will be hosting some pretty HOT polo in Lakeside. The Pacific Polo League will play on our field starting at 2:30 PM with Lakeside (Kip, Russ,and Kathy) vs. California Polo and Playa Grande in a Round Robin. At 4PM there will be a second Round Robin with John Kitchar playing for the Orange Crush ( Playa Grande ) and at 5:30 PM a 3 goal match between Denny Shen's team from Playa Gande and Sue Sally's team from the desert. A. I urge you to stick around and watch the action and support your club. B. I will need some help to host all these people and their horses; mostly in the form of volunteer cooks and set up people, as there will be a light dinner (and party) under the Pepper Tree following the play. Please let me know if you can help out. I'll need some help starting this coming weekend to build extra corrals at the entrance to the ranch. Regards, Kip
