Chita Rivera went on vacation in early 1994 (I believe...) and Carol Lawrence took over the role of Aurora for her. Then, during the extensive National tour of the show, Chita broke an ankle, and Carol took over for that time, too. I believe that was in late 1994, or early 1995.
