MAybe we are having an issue here with terminology. Because you cant have a natural overflow without a flow....?
I would suggest that a flow is a good thing, a current, maybe not so much?
All ponds have some flow, its just not visible because of the speed of the flow.
Current on the other hand is pretty easy to see by watching bubbles, suspended particles etc.
Just in taking time watching my fish, there are times they like a current, other times they actively seek a quiet spot with very minimal movement.
But then on the other hand, its hard to argue with the success of champions.....
